From flat roof to pitched roof: where each anchor goes
In 1960s and 70s blocks in areas such as Sants, Sants - Badal and Hostafrancs, air conditioning units and solar panels have been added to the roof over the years with no thought for who maintains them. We propose a line that runs past each unit and anchors near the light-well parapets.
On façades in areas such as La Bordeta and La Font de la Guatlla we fit single anchors along the parapet for rope access work such as painting, cleaning or repairs. They are discreet, with a fold-down eye, and let ropes be rigged without relying on makeshift fixings.
For over 20 years we have worked on roofs and façades: we visit, measure the route and give you a written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Eixample, Les Corts and Ciutat Vella.

Frequently asked questions
01Lifeline and anchor installation in Sants-Montjuïc: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sants-Montjuïc in areas such as Sants, Sants - Badal, Hostafrancs, La Bordeta, La Font de la Guatlla, El Poble-sec, La Marina de Port and La Marina del Prat Vermell, and also nearby: Eixample, Les Corts and Ciutat Vella.
02What is the difference between a lifeline and a single anchor?
A lifeline is a continuous cable that lets you move across the roof without unclipping. A single anchor is a fixed point to attach to in one specific spot, as in façade work.
03Does a lifeline need inspecting after installation?
Yes. Manufacturers call for periodic inspection, usually once a year, and always after a fall. We can take care of those inspections.
04Can it be fitted on a tiled or metal roof?
Yes. We use posts and fixings designed for each roof type, whether flat, tiled, metal sheet or sandwich panel, and seal every penetration to keep water out.
