Frame, waste and boxing-in: how we handle it
In 1960s and 70s flats in areas such as Sants, Sants - Badal and Hostafrancs, the soil stack is often in a corner and the toilet sits away from it on a long connector. We position the frame so the waste bend reaches it with enough fall and, if the pan needs moving, we assess it on the visit.
