From ground floor to roof: how we work
On narrow streets in areas such as Sants, Sants - Badal and Hostafrancs, scaffolding would take over the pavement and get in the way of residents and traffic. So we install the duct in sections hung from the roof, with the work area marked off below and hours agreed with the building.
In areas such as La Bordeta and La Font de la Guatlla we finish the outlet with a cowl above the roof, away from windows and air intakes. Where the duct passes through a wall or slab we fit a sleeve and a seal rated for the duct's temperature.
After the visit and written quote we mark off the work area, protect the pavement and leave street and roof clean when we finish. We also cover the surrounding area: Eixample, Les Corts and Ciutat Vella.
