What we check on a wall before replastering
In 1960s and 70s flats in areas such as Sants, Sants - Badal and Hostafrancs the plaster is usually sound but full of patches, old chases and textured paint. A full skim is often enough; plaster and filler come up in bags, so a narrow lift is no obstacle.
