What changes with a new waste system
In older buildings in areas such as El Clot and El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot we often find a lead drum trap under the bathroom and lead pipes running to a fibre-cement or cast-iron stack in the light well. We renew the flat's system up to the connection and, if the shared stack is damaged, raise it with the residents' association.
