What a small kitchen renovation includes
-
A layout that uses the space
Single-wall, L-shaped or galley, chosen to suit the space available.
-
Units up to the ceiling
Taller wall units for more storage without taking up floor space.
-
Useful corners
Pull-out corner units, deep drawers and plinth drawers.
-
Compact appliances
Two- or three-zone hob, oven in a tall unit and a 45 cm dishwasher.
-
Light and pale finishes
LED strip under the wall units and pale finishes that make the room feel bigger.
-
Sliding door
If a hinged door gets in the way, we replace it with a sliding or pocket door.
What we measure before proposing a compact kitchen
In older buildings in areas such as El Clot and El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot the kitchen is often a narrow strip beside the light well, with a single window. A galley or single-wall layout works best there, with shallow wall units so the passage stays clear.
For compact kitchens in areas such as El Poblenou, El Parc i la Llacuna del Poblenou and La Vila Olímpica del Poblenou we pick a two- or three-zone hob, a tower oven and a 45 cm dishwasher beside the sink, using the water supply and waste that are already there.
With over 20 years of experience, we visit, quote item by item and, when we finish, take away the offcuts and leave the kitchen clean. We also cover the surrounding areas: Ciutat Vella, Eixample and Sant Andreu.

Frequently asked questions
01Small kitchen renovation in Sant Martí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Martí, in areas such as El Clot, El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot, El Poblenou, El Parc i la Llacuna del Poblenou, La Vila Olímpica del Poblenou, Diagonal Mar i el Front Marítim del Poblenou, Provençals del Poblenou and Sant Martí de Provençals, and also nearby: Ciutat Vella, Eixample and Sant Andreu. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will a dishwasher fit in a narrow kitchen?
Usually, yes, in the 45 cm wide version. We look for a space next to the sink so it can share the water supply and waste.
03How can I gain storage without making the kitchen feel tighter?
By taking wall units up to the ceiling, using the plinth as a drawer and fitting pull-out hardware in the corners. The footprint stays the same and far more fits in.
