What we check before lifting the floor
In older buildings in areas such as El Clot and El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot, many floors are built on beams with infill vaults and should not carry a thick screed. There we suggest low-profile systems or a thin self-levelling screed, adding less weight and less height.
