From ground floor to roof: how we work
In areas such as El Clot and El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot, many ground-floor shops in older buildings have no flue of their own, and the duct has to run up the light well or rear façade to the roof terrace. We plan the route with the residents' association and work on ropes, with no scaffolding in a narrow well.
