Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In flats in older buildings in areas such as El Clot and El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot, the residents' association often limits units on the façade or in the lightwell. A multi-split serves several rooms from one outdoor unit, which we try to place on the roof or in the inner gallery.
In the multi-splits we fit in areas such as El Poblenou, El Parc i la Llacuna del Poblenou and La Vila Olímpica del Poblenou, each indoor unit has its own pair of insulated copper pipes back to the outdoor unit. We label every line at both ends so connections are never crossed, and pressure-test with nitrogen.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Ciutat Vella, Eixample and Sant Andreu.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Sant Martí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Martí, in areas such as El Clot, El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot, El Poblenou, El Parc i la Llacuna del Poblenou, La Vila Olímpica del Poblenou, Diagonal Mar i el Front Marítim del Poblenou, Provençals del Poblenou and Sant Martí de Provençals, and also nearby: Ciutat Vella, Eixample and Sant Andreu. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
