Microcement in flats and houses: what we check locally
In older buildings in areas such as El Clot and El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot, hydraulic tile floors and 1960s–70s wall tiling are rarely perfectly flat. Before the microcement goes on, we fill the joints, level out any steps and check that no tile sounds hollow.
