New radiators
Aluminium, steel or a towel rail for the bathroom, level and firmly fixed.

We adjust pipes and elbows if the distance between tappings changes.
-

System back under pressure, with no air and no leaks at any joint.
What we calculate before replacing a radiator
Older buildings in areas such as Sant Andreu and La Trinitat Vella still have very heavy cast-iron radiators in high-ceilinged rooms. We carry them down the stairs without knocking the banisters and fit lighter units in their place, sized for that volume of air.
In homes in areas such as La Sagrera, Navas and El Congrés i els Indians, we hang each radiator on brackets suited to the wall type, level and rising slightly towards the bleed valve so air escapes easily. On refilling we check the boiler pressure and the tightness of every fitting.
A site manager organises draining, fitting and commissioning, and when we finish we take the old radiators away and leave the rooms clean. We also work nearby: Nou Barris, Horta-Guinardó and Sant Martí.

Frequently asked questions
01Radiator replacement in Sant Andreu: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Andreu in areas such as Sant Andreu, La Trinitat Vella, La Sagrera, Navas, El Congrés i els Indians, El Bon Pastor and Baró de Viver, and also nearby: Nou Barris, Horta-Guinardó and Sant Martí.
02Can I replace the radiators without changing the boiler?
Yes. If the boiler works well, we only change the radiators and adapt the connections. We do check that the total output matches what the boiler can deliver.
03Which radiators work with a heat pump?
Low-temperature models or larger ones, because a heat pump sends cooler water around the system. At the visit we size each one.
04Does the wall need opening up?
Usually not: we reuse the existing connections. We only open the wall if a radiator moves or the new one has a different distance between tappings.
