What we look after on the top floor
In areas such as Sant Andreu and La Trinitat Vella many penthouses sit on the top floor of period buildings or 1960s and 1970s blocks, with the terrace above the flats below. All the work goes through a shared staircase, so we agree with the owners' association when to bring materials up and take rubble down.
In areas such as La Sagrera, Navas and El Congrés i els Indians penthouses often have sloping or low ceiling sections, which we put to use with made-to-measure wardrobes and shelving. We also check junctions with parapets, chimneys and skylights, where water most often gets in.
We protect the lift, stairs and landings throughout the work and leave both the penthouse and the shared areas clean at the end. We also renovate penthouses in the surrounding areas: Nou Barris, Horta-Guinardó and Sant Martí.

Frequently asked questions
01Penthouse renovation in Sant Andreu: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Andreu in areas such as Sant Andreu, La Trinitat Vella, La Sagrera, Navas, El Congrés i els Indians, El Bon Pastor and Baró de Viver, and also nearby: Nou Barris, Horta-Guinardó and Sant Martí.
02Why waterproof the terrace before changing its floor?
Because there is usually another home below. If new tiles go down on an old membrane, any leak means lifting everything, so we check the falls, drains and membrane first.
03How can a penthouse be kept cooler?
By combining roof insulation, windows with solar control glass and outdoor shading such as awnings or pergolas. During the visit we see what will make the most difference in your case.
