Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In flats in older buildings in areas such as Sant Andreu and La Trinitat Vella, the residents' association often limits units on the façade or in the lightwell. A multi-split serves several rooms from one outdoor unit, which we try to place on the roof or in the inner gallery.
In areas such as La Sagrera, Navas and El Congrés i els Indians, condensate from several indoor units has to drain without drips. We run each drain with a fall to the waste system or to a quiet pump and, at the end, test every room separately in cooling and heating.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Nou Barris, Horta-Guinardó and Sant Martí.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Sant Andreu: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Andreu in areas such as Sant Andreu, La Trinitat Vella, La Sagrera, Navas, El Congrés i els Indians, El Bon Pastor and Baró de Viver, and also nearby: Nou Barris, Horta-Guinardó and Sant Martí.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
