Kitchens in Nou Barris: what we usually find
In areas such as Porta, Vilapicina i la Torre Llobeta and El Turó de la Peira many kitchens are in older buildings: narrow, long and next to the light well, with the shared downpipe in one corner. That downpipe dictates where the sink can go, so we plan the layout around it.
In the kitchens we renovate in areas such as La Prosperitat, Verdun and Les Roquetes we start with water and waste: new pipework, accessible stopcocks and the correct fall to the downpipe. Only then do we tile and lay the floor.
After the visit you get a written quote with every item listed; during the work we protect the rest of the home and leave it clean at the end. We also renovate kitchens nearby: Horta-Guinardó, Sant Andreu and Montcada i Reixac.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete kitchen renovation in Nou Barris: which areas do you cover?
We work in Nou Barris in areas such as Porta, Vilapicina i la Torre Llobeta, El Turó de la Peira, Can Peguera, La Prosperitat, Verdun, Les Roquetes and La Guineueta, and also nearby: Horta-Guinardó, Sant Andreu and Montcada i Reixac.
02Can the kitchen be moved to another part of the home?
Often, yes. The waste pipe decides it: it needs a fall to the soil stack and, over a long distance, the floor has to be raised. We check this during the visit.
03Who designs the new layout?
We start from your measurements and the way you cook. We propose where the sink, hob and fridge go, and set it out in the quote before work begins.
04Can I switch from gas to an induction hob?
Yes. We cap the gas point in the kitchen and run a dedicated electrical line for the hob, sized to the REBT and your contracted power.
