Bedrooms in Nou Barris: what we change most often
In areas such as Porta, Vilapicina i la Torre Llobeta and El Turó de la Peira many bedrooms face the street and pick up traffic noise, or face a lightwell and pick up the neighbours. We fit windows with good acoustic insulation and, where needed, line the party wall with mineral wool.
In bedrooms in areas such as La Prosperitat, Verdun and Les Roquetes we start with the electrics: USB sockets on both sides of the bed, a two-way switch by the headboard and points for a TV and air conditioning. Then we smooth and paint the walls.
A site manager coordinates the electrician, painter, joiner and floor fitter so the trades do not get in each other's way. We also renovate bedrooms in the surrounding areas: Horta-Guinardó, Sant Andreu and Montcada i Reixac.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Nou Barris: which areas do you cover?
We work in Nou Barris in areas such as Porta, Vilapicina i la Torre Llobeta, El Turó de la Peira, Can Peguera, La Prosperitat, Verdun, Les Roquetes and La Guineueta, and also nearby: Horta-Guinardó, Sant Andreu and Montcada i Reixac.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
