Small bathrooms in Nou Barris: how we gain space
In areas such as Porta, Vilapicina i la Torre Llobeta and El Turó de la Peira many bathrooms in older buildings are narrow, with a window onto the light well and the shared soil stack in a corner. We position the WC by that stack and move the shower to the far end, where it is least in the way.
In small bathrooms in areas such as La Prosperitat, Verdun and Les Roquetes we draw the layout from real measurements and check the door swing and the clearance in front of the WC. If a hinged door gets in the way, we replace it with a pocket door set into the wall.
A site manager coordinates the plumber, tiler and electrician; we protect hallways and access routes, and the bathroom is left clean at the end. We also cover nearby areas: Horta-Guinardó, Sant Andreu and Montcada i Reixac.

Frequently asked questions
01Small bathroom renovation in Nou Barris: which areas do you cover?
We work in Nou Barris in areas such as Porta, Vilapicina i la Torre Llobeta, El Turó de la Peira, Can Peguera, La Prosperitat, Verdun, Les Roquetes and La Guineueta, and also nearby: Horta-Guinardó, Sant Andreu and Montcada i Reixac.
02Can a comfortable shower fit in a very narrow bathroom?
Usually, yes. A made-to-measure tray and a fixed glass panel with no door use the full width; the main constraint is where the soil stack is.
03Which tiles make a bathroom look bigger?
Light colours, large formats with few grout lines and the same material on floor and walls all help. Keep mosaic to a single feature wall.
