Multi-split in Nou Barris: how we place the units
In flats in older buildings in areas such as Porta, Vilapicina i la Torre Llobeta and El Turó de la Peira, the residents' association often limits units on the façade or in the lightwell. A multi-split serves several rooms from one outdoor unit, which we try to place on the roof or in the inner gallery.
In homes in areas such as La Prosperitat, Verdun and Les Roquetes, we start with a load calculation: we measure each room, its orientation and its windows to choose the output of each indoor unit. The outdoor unit is then sized on that total, without oversizing it.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Horta-Guinardó, Sant Andreu and Montcada i Reixac.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Nou Barris: which areas do you cover?
We work in Nou Barris in areas such as Porta, Vilapicina i la Torre Llobeta, El Turó de la Peira, Can Peguera, La Prosperitat, Verdun, Les Roquetes and La Guineueta, and also nearby: Horta-Guinardó, Sant Andreu and Montcada i Reixac.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
