Renovating a terrace in Les Corts: where to start
In areas such as Les Corts and La Maternitat i Sant Ramon many terraces on 1960s and 1970s flats have poorly detailed outlets and a door threshold almost flush with the floor. When rebuilding them we recover the height the waterproofing needs without leaving an awkward step into the living room.
