Renovating a small flat in Les Corts: what we usually suggest
Many flats in areas such as Les Corts and La Maternitat i Sant Ramon face a lightwell and get little daylight. We open the kitchen towards the window, use glazed doors and light colours, and spread recessed spotlights so no room is left dark.
In flats in areas such as Pedralbes and Zona Universitària we start with the plan, trying several layouts until the bed, table, sofa and wardrobes fit without tight gaps. Then we build plasterboard partitions, which are thinner than brick and can house pocket sliding doors.
We work tidily in tight spaces, protect what is not being touched and leave the flat clean at the end. We also cover the surrounding areas: Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Sants-Montjuïc and Eixample.

One continuous floor with no changes between rooms, sliding doors, light colours, recessed lighting and made-to-measure wardrobes that reach the ceiling.
