What changes when we renovate a bathroom in Les Corts
In older buildings in areas such as Les Corts and La Maternitat i Sant Ramon the bathroom shares a soil stack with the neighbours, and the floor is often built on beams and infill vaults. Before breaking anything out we check the stack and the floor, protect the shared staircase and take rubble out in bags by the shortest route.
In bathrooms in areas such as Pedralbes and Zona Universitària we start with what you cannot see: multilayer supply pipes, PVC waste with a proper fall to the soil stack and an accessible inspection point. We then lay a waterproof membrane over the floor and around the shower, taken up the walls before tiling.
After the visit you receive an itemised quote with labour and materials shown separately; during the work we protect hallways and floors and clear rubble daily. We also work in nearby areas: Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Sants-Montjuïc and Eixample.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete bathroom renovation in Les Corts: which areas do you cover?
We work in Les Corts in areas such as Les Corts, La Maternitat i Sant Ramon, Pedralbes and Zona Universitària, and also nearby: Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Sants-Montjuïc and Eixample.
02Do the pipes need replacing when I renovate the bathroom?
We almost always recommend it: with the tiles already off, renewing supply and waste pipes avoids opening the wall again later for a leak in old pipework.
03Can the toilet or shower be moved?
Yes, as long as the waste pipe can reach the soil stack with enough fall. During the visit we check the route and tell you which layout changes are feasible.
04Can I choose the tiles and sanitaryware myself?
Of course. We advise on sizes and formats so everything fits, and the quote lists labour and materials separately.
