Cleaning glass at height in Les Corts: access and safety
In areas such as Les Corts and La Maternitat i Sant Ramon, early 20th-century blocks stand alongside 1960s–70s buildings and offices with curtain walls. Before quoting we check the roof anchors, the height and the type of glass, because old glass is not treated the same as glass with a solar control coating.
On buildings in areas such as Pedralbes and Zona Universitària we check the roof anchor points and always work on two independent ropes, a working line and a safety line. We descend in vertical drops from top to bottom so the water never dirties what is already clean.
With over 20 years in building work and maintenance, we send a written quote after the visit and one person coordinates the rope access team. We cover the surrounding areas too: Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Sants-Montjuïc and Eixample.

Frequently asked questions
01High-level window cleaning in Les Corts: which areas do you cover?
We work in Les Corts in areas such as Les Corts, La Maternitat i Sant Ramon, Pedralbes and Zona Universitària, and also nearby: Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Sants-Montjuïc and Eixample.
02Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We agree the frequency with you depending on the location and how quickly dirt builds up, and set it out in the quote so you do not need to ask each time.
03Do residents need to be at home?
No. We work from outside, suspended from the roof, so there is no need to enter the flats. We only ask for windows in the area we are working on to stay closed.
04What about cement or paint splashes?
We remove them with scrapers and glass-specific products, taking care not to scratch the glass. If a mark cannot be removed without damaging it, we tell you beforehand.
