Air conditioning several rooms in Les Corts
In 1960s and 70s buildings in areas such as Les Corts and La Maternitat i Sant Ramon, a multi-split outdoor unit is heavier than a single split. We plan how to get it up the stairs or onto the roof, set it on anti-vibration mounts and work within the hours set by the residents' association.
In homes in areas such as Pedralbes and Zona Universitària, we start with a load calculation: we measure each room, its orientation and its windows to choose the output of each indoor unit. The outdoor unit is then sized on that total, without oversizing it.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Sants-Montjuïc and Eixample.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Les Corts: which areas do you cover?
We work in Les Corts in areas such as Les Corts, La Maternitat i Sant Ramon, Pedralbes and Zona Universitària, and also nearby: Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Sants-Montjuïc and Eixample.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
