Multi-split in Horta-Guinardó: how we place the units
In long flats in areas such as El Baix Guinardó, El Guinardó and Can Baró, with the living room on the street and bedrooms at the back, pipes have to run the full length of the hallway. We route them through a false ceiling or discreet trunking and keep the length within the manufacturer's limits.
In homes in areas such as El Carmel and La Teixonera, we start with a load calculation: we measure each room, its orientation and its windows to choose the output of each indoor unit. The outdoor unit is then sized on that total, without oversizing it.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Gràcia, Nou Barris and Sant Andreu.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Horta-Guinardó: which areas do you cover?
We work in Horta-Guinardó in areas such as El Baix Guinardó, El Guinardó, Can Baró, El Carmel, La Teixonera, Horta, La Clota and La Font d'en Fargues, and also nearby: Gràcia, Nou Barris and Sant Andreu.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
