What changes in a properly converted basement
When the basement is part of a block, as is often the case in areas such as La Vila de Gràcia and El Camp d'en Grassot i Gràcia Nova, the perimeter walls are common elements. Before waterproofing or opening a ventilation outlet we agree it with the residents' association and work within the hours it sets.
