We start by repairing the concrete and motorising or replacing the door, because ground-floor garages in old houses and units converted into garages tend to have uneven slabs, rising damp and a heavy iron door (found in areas such as La Vila de Gràcia and El Camp d'en Grassot i Gràcia Nova).
For the charging point we run a dedicated line from the consumer unit or meter under ITC-BT-52 of the REBT, with its own RCD and a wall charger. At the visit we measure the cable route and match the power to the home's installation.
