What we check before lifting the floor
In 1960s and 70s flats in areas such as La Vila de Gràcia and El Camp d'en Grassot i Gràcia Nova height is limited, so we measure ceilings and doors before choosing the system. When the old floor comes up, noise and rubble removal are planned around the community's working hours.
In flats and houses in areas such as La Salut, El Coll and Vallcarca i els Penitents we pour the screed with the circuits full and under pressure, so any damage shows at once. Movement joints go in at doorways and across large areas.
