What we check before hanging a vanity unit
In areas such as La Vila de Gràcia and El Camp d'en Grassot i Gràcia Nova, many 1960s and 70s bathrooms have the water supply and waste at heights that do not match today's furniture. We adapt them without stripping all the tiles and bring the unit up packed, keeping to the residents' association's hours.
For homes in areas such as La Salut, El Coll and Vallcarca i els Penitents we hang the mirror, cabinet and tall unit in line with the vanity, at a comfortable height for whoever uses them. If they are lit, we connect them to a point that respects the bathroom safety zones set out in the REBT.
Over 20 years of bathroom renovation means we can tell on the visit whether the wall and pipework will do. Detailed written quote, and a clean bathroom when we finish. We also work nearby: Eixample, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi and Horta-Guinardó.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Gràcia: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Gràcia, in areas such as La Vila de Gràcia, El Camp d'en Grassot i Gràcia Nova, La Salut, El Coll and Vallcarca i els Penitents, and also nearby: Eixample, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi and Horta-Guinardó. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
