From fixing point to handrail: how we approach it
In areas such as La Vila de Gràcia and El Camp d'en Grassot i Gràcia Nova, railing sections rarely fit whole into a small lift or a narrow stairwell. We order them in pieces that can be carried up by hand and joined on site, and for communal stairs we agree design and working hours with the residents' association.

04Can a balcony railing be replaced without lifting the floor?
It depends on the existing fixings. If the base is sound, we reuse the same points or fix to the edge of the slab; if it is rusted or cracked, we repair it before fitting the new railing.
