Low water pressure in the Eixample: where it usually comes from
In older buildings in areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample and L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample, top floors and penthouses often get poor pressure, especially at peak times. We suggest a booster set for the flat or, if the whole building is affected, a shared unit agreed with the residents' association.
On installations in areas such as La Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni we mount the pump on a base with anti-vibration pads and flexible connectors, so noise does not travel along the pipes. Isolation valves go on both sides, plus a non-return valve.
