Kitchens in Banyoles: what we usually find
In flats in areas such as Vila Vella and Vila Nova we often find the original kitchen, with period tiles, iron pipes and a plaster ceiling. We strip it back to a clean substrate and, where winters are cold, insulate the external wall before tiling.
For kitchens in areas such as Sant Pere, La Farga and Canaleta we measure again after tiling and before ordering the units, because older walls are rarely square. The worktop is templated and cut to size once the base units are in place.
With over 20 years of experience we can assess your kitchen in a single visit and set everything out in a detailed quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Porqueres, Cornellà del Terri and Fontcoberta.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete kitchen renovation in Banyoles: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Banyoles, in areas such as Vila Vella, Vila Nova, Sant Pere, La Farga, Canaleta, Mas Palau, Cases Barates and Vila Olímpica, and also nearby: Porqueres, Cornellà del Terri and Fontcoberta. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the kitchen be moved to another part of the home?
Often, yes. The waste pipe decides it: it needs a fall to the soil stack and, over a long distance, the floor has to be raised. We check this during the visit.
03Who designs the new layout?
We start from your measurements and the way you cook. We propose where the sink, hob and fridge go, and set it out in the quote before work begins.
04Can I switch from gas to an induction hob?
Yes. We cap the gas point in the kitchen and run a dedicated electrical line for the hob, sized to the REBT and your contracted power.
