Bedrooms in Banyoles: what we change most often
In houses in areas such as Vila Vella and Vila Nova the main bedroom often has room for a walk-in closet or an en suite bathroom. We check where the nearest soil stack is and how much fall is available before proposing a layout.
The wardrobe is designed for the exact recess: in bedrooms in areas such as Sant Pere, La Farga and Canaleta we measure walls, ceiling and floor, which in older homes are rarely square. Inside we plan rails, drawers and shelves around whoever will use it.
More than 20 years of renovating homes lets us handle a bedroom in an orderly way, keeping dust away from the rest of the house and leaving it clean. We also cover nearby areas: Porqueres, Cornellà del Terri and Fontcoberta.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Banyoles: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Banyoles, in areas such as Vila Vella, Vila Nova, Sant Pere, La Farga, Canaleta, Mas Palau, Cases Barates and Vila Olímpica, and also nearby: Porqueres, Cornellà del Terri and Fontcoberta. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
