Renovating a living room in Badalona: where we start

In flats and houses in areas such as Dalt la Vila, Centre and Progrés the living room is often open to the dining area and the terrace. We organise it with a TV wall that divides the space, ducted air conditioning and lighting that lets each area be used on its own.

The first step in living rooms in areas such as Sant Roc, Artigues and El Gorg is chases and the false ceiling: that is where lighting circuits, data points and, if needed, air-conditioning ducts go. Only then do we build the TV wall and lay the floor.

While the work is under way we close off the living room with sheeting so dust does not reach the rest of the home, and hand it over clean, ready for the furniture. We renovate living rooms nearby too: Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià de Besòs and Montcada i Reixac.
