Bathroom renovation in Badalona: what we usually find
In apartments and houses on residential estates in areas such as Dalt la Vila, Centre and Progrés it is common to have a main bathroom and a WC, or a bathroom by the pool that gets sand and chlorine. We go for non-slip surfaces, generous shower trays and materials that are easy to rinse clean.
In bathrooms in areas such as Sant Roc, Artigues and El Gorg we start with what you cannot see: multilayer supply pipes, PVC waste with a proper fall to the soil stack and an accessible inspection point. We then lay a waterproof membrane over the floor and around the shower, taken up the walls before tiling.
After the visit you receive an itemised quote with labour and materials shown separately; during the work we protect hallways and floors and clear rubble daily. We also work in nearby areas: Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià de Besòs and Montcada i Reixac.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete bathroom renovation in Badalona: which areas do you cover?
We work in Badalona in areas such as Dalt la Vila, Centre, Progrés, Casagemes, Manresà, Sant Roc, Artigues and El Gorg, and also nearby: Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià de Besòs and Montcada i Reixac.
02Do the pipes need replacing when I renovate the bathroom?
We almost always recommend it: with the tiles already off, renewing supply and waste pipes avoids opening the wall again later for a leak in old pipework.
03Can the toilet or shower be moved?
Yes, as long as the waste pipe can reach the soil stack with enough fall. During the visit we check the route and tell you which layout changes are feasible.
04Can I choose the tiles and sanitaryware myself?
Of course. We advise on sizes and formats so everything fits, and the quote lists labour and materials separately.
