Air conditioning in Badalona: where each unit goes
Houses on residential estates in areas such as Dalt la Vila, Centre and Progrés often have several bedrooms and an upper floor that gets very hot. We plan one split per room or a multi-split with a single outdoor unit, placed in the garden or on the roof.
In flats and houses in areas such as Sant Roc, Artigues and El Gorg, we start by marking where both units go and where the pipe passes through the wall. We drill the hole sloping outwards so condensate never runs back towards the inside wall.
With over 20 years' experience, we see the room, put the quote in writing and clear everything away when we finish. We also install split units nearby: Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià de Besòs and Montcada i Reixac.

Frequently asked questions
01Split air conditioning installation in Badalona: which areas do you cover?
We work in Badalona in areas such as Dalt la Vila, Centre, Progrés, Casagemes, Manresà, Sant Roc, Artigues and El Gorg, and also nearby: Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià de Besòs and Montcada i Reixac.
02Where does the outdoor unit go?
On a balcony, terrace, courtyard or roof, always with access for maintenance. If it has to go on the façade, it is worth checking the community of owners' rules first.
03Can the pipes be hidden?
Yes. If there is building work, we chase them into the wall; if not, we use paintable trunking in the wall colour. At the visit we look for the shortest route.
04What size unit does my living room need?
It depends on floor area, orientation, windows and ceiling height. We work it out at the visit so the unit is neither undersized nor overworked.
