What we change in a living room before the furniture goes in
In flats in areas such as Les Ginesteres, Can Raimir and Can Ferreters the living room is often the coldest room in winter, with old windows and uninsulated walls. When renovating we line the external wall with insulated plasterboard and run sockets and cables inside it.
In areas such as El Cros, Sant Miquel del Cros and Sant Jaume de Treià we plan living room lighting in scenes: a recessed LED strip around the ceiling, adjustable spotlights over the table and sockets for floor lamps, each group on its own circuit under the REBT.
