In areas such as Les Ginesteres, Can Raimir and Can Ferreters, where winters are cold, a poorly insulated attic loses heat fast and suffers from condensation. We propose a good thickness of insulation, double-glazed roof windows and heating or air conditioning suited to a roof space.
Daylight transforms an attic: in homes in areas such as El Cros, Sant Miquel del Cros and Sant Jaume de Treià we fit roof windows in the slope with proper flashing kits, placed so you can open them and look out standing up. Where needed we add an external blind or awning.
