In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Les Ginesteres, Can Raimir and Can Ferreters, the original heater is usually in the kitchen or gallery, on pipes and a socket that no longer meet current standards. We replace the lot: unit, hoses, valves and power supply.
For the water connection in flats in areas such as El Cros, Sant Miquel del Cros and Sant Jaume de Treià, we fit isolation valves on the inlet and outlet, new flexible hoses and dielectric unions between different metals. The safety valve discharges into a trap, not onto the floor or into a bucket.
