Blocks of flats and houses often have sockets added haphazardly over the years, sometimes daisy-chained from one outlet. We undo those links and spread the sockets across circuits so none runs at its limit (frequent in Les Ginesteres, Can Raimir and Can Ferreters).
If you would rather avoid building work, we use existing conduit with spare room, or run the cable in surface trunking or a skirting channel. In plasterboard walls we fit dry-lining boxes that clamp to the board.
