Replacing a vanity unit in Arenys de Mar
In houses on residential estates in areas such as Pla dels Frares, Sa Boada and Lurda, there are often several bathrooms and all the furniture is replaced at once. We match heights, finishes and mirrors, and adapt each bathroom to its own pipework and what its walls can take.
In bathrooms in areas such as Carolines, Cinc-roses and El Cònsol we mark out the unit on the wall before drilling: basin height, trap position and tap outlet. We drill the tiles with a dedicated bit so they do not crack and fix everything with stainless steel screws.
A site manager coordinates the fitter, plumber and electrician when needed, and the bathroom is left ready to use. First comes the visit and a written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Canet de Mar, Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Arenys de Munt.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Arenys de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We work in Arenys de Mar in areas such as Pla dels Frares, Sa Boada, Lurda, Sant Elm, Carolines, Cinc-roses, El Cònsol and L'Estrella, and also nearby: Canet de Mar, Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Arenys de Munt.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
