Dishwashers in Arenys de Mar: space, connections and testing
In houses on residential estates in areas such as Pla dels Frares, Sa Boada and Lurda, kitchens are spacious and sometimes have an island or peninsula. If the dishwasher goes in the island, we run water, waste and power under the floor or behind the plinth, with the right fall to the soil stack.
In kitchens in areas such as Carolines, Cinc-roses and El Cònsol we connect the waste to the sink trap through a spigot with a non-return valve and loop the hose up to the height the manufacturer specifies. That stops dirty water from the sink flowing back into the machine.
For over 20 years we have worked in kitchens in flats and houses: we check the connections and units on the visit and give you a detailed written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Canet de Mar, Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Arenys de Munt.

Frequently asked questions
01Dishwasher installation in Arenys de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We work in Arenys de Mar in areas such as Pla dels Frares, Sa Boada, Lurda, Sant Elm, Carolines, Cinc-roses, El Cònsol and L'Estrella, and also nearby: Canet de Mar, Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Arenys de Munt.
02Can the dishwasher go far from the sink?
Yes, but the drain hose only reaches so far. If the space is further away, we extend the waste pipe inside the wall with the right fall.
0345 cm or 60 cm dishwasher?
A 60 cm machine holds more and a 45 cm one suits narrow kitchens. We measure the space and tell you which fits without losing a useful drawer unit.
04Do you fit the door panel on an integrated dishwasher?
Yes. We line the panel up with the neighbouring units and adjust the door springs so it opens and closes smoothly.
