In 1960s–80s blocks in areas such as Centre and Can Magarola, shared garages have cracked concrete slabs and dated light fittings. We repair cracks and joints, apply resin and replace the lighting with LED fittings on presence detectors.
For a charging point in areas such as Alella Parc, Can Sorts and Nova Alella we run a dedicated line from the consumer unit or meter under ITC-BT-52 of the REBT, with its own RCD and a wall charger. At the visit we measure the cable route and match the power to the house supply.
