What a small bathroom renovation includes
-
Every centimetre planned
We position shower, toilet and basin so they never get in your way.
-
Level-access shower
A low-profile tray or tiled walk-in that frees floor space and opens up the room.
-
Sliding pocket door
A door that slides into the wall where a hinged one has no room to swing.
-
Recessed niches
Shelves built into the shower wall, with no brackets sticking out.
-
Shallow fittings
Compact basin, wall-hung vanity and a short-projection toilet.
-
Light and mirror
Recessed LED lighting and a wide mirror that adds a sense of depth.
What decides the layout of a narrow bathroom
In flats in areas such as Centre and Can Magarola the small bathroom often sits against a cold external wall, which shows in winter. We insulate that wall before tiling and add a heated towel rail that dries and warms without taking up space.
To add storage to bathrooms in areas such as Alella Parc, Can Sorts and Nova Alella we form niches in the shower partition and choose a wall-hung vanity with drawers. The mirror can be a shallow recessed cabinet with built-in lighting.
A site manager coordinates the plumber, tiler and electrician; we protect hallways and access routes, and the bathroom is left clean at the end. We also cover nearby areas: El Masnou, Teià and Tiana.

Frequently asked questions
01Small bathroom renovation in Alella: which areas do you cover?
We work in Alella in areas such as Centre, Can Magarola, Alella Parc, Can Sorts, Nova Alella and El Solell, and also nearby: El Masnou, Teià and Tiana.
02Can a comfortable shower fit in a very narrow bathroom?
Usually, yes. A made-to-measure tray and a fixed glass panel with no door use the full width; the main constraint is where the soil stack is.
03Which tiles make a bathroom look bigger?
Light colours, large formats with few grout lines and the same material on floor and walls all help. Keep mosaic to a single feature wall.
