What we check before the first plank clicks in
In areas such as Centre and Can Magarola we are asked for laminate both in flats being let or sold and in lofts and upper floors of houses. Each time we match the AC class and underlay thickness to how the room is really used.
At every door in homes in areas such as Alella Parc, Can Sorts and Nova Alella we measure the clearance and trim the leaf if it catches. Junctions with bathrooms, kitchens or terraces get transition profiles, and the laminate is never trapped under door frames.
The site manager plans clearing the rooms in turn, and when we finish we vacuum and take away packaging and offcuts. We lay laminate in the surrounding areas too: El Masnou, Teià and Tiana.
