Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Centre and Can Magarola, the outdoor unit usually goes in the garden, the back patio or on the roof. We look for a central spot to shorten the pipe runs to each room and keep noise away from bedrooms.
In flats in areas such as Alella Parc, Can Sorts and Nova Alella, not every room needs the same unit: a ceiling cassette may suit the living room, wall splits the bedrooms and a low console the loft. All of them connect to the same outdoor unit.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: El Masnou, Teià and Tiana.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Alella: which areas do you cover?
We work in Alella in areas such as Centre, Can Magarola, Alella Parc, Can Sorts, Nova Alella and El Solell, and also nearby: El Masnou, Teià and Tiana.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
